GENERAL INFORMATION

ZIRCAR Ceramics Alumina Furnaceware is high purity aluminum oxide products suitable for use in applications with temperatures as high as 1800°C. Available in the form of crucibles, tubes and rods, these fully dense, fine grain materials find use in a range of high temperature applications.

AVAILABILITY

Alumina Furnaceware is available on a custom basis. Special geometries such as plate, disks, rings and custom bore (round corner square, hexagonal, oval, etc.) tubing and cylinders plus custom-machined shapes are available.

Examples of typically supplied items are as follows:

TUBES

Lengths: A = 300mm, B = 600mm, C + 1000mm, D = 1300mm
Tolerances: +/- 0.1 mm ON SMALL SIZES UP TO +/- 0.5 mm ON LARGE SIZES
