Hanger Clip Type HC
GENERAL
INFORMATION
ZIRCAR hanger clips are comprised of
sapphire (single crystal aluminum oxide) and are designed for use with
hanger rod (HR-1). The single crystal structure of these clips prevents
creep and deformation of this critical component in ZIRCAR furnace
insulation systems. The ultra high purity aluminum oxide content and
superior creep resistance of these hanger clips make them ideal for use as the
principal support member in high temperature furnace roof insulation systems
operating as high as 1830°C (3326°F).
