Furnace Module Type FIM

High performance cermet elements combined with fibrous insulation packaged in a convenient enclosure. ZIRCAR Furnace Modules Type FIM are pre-assembled insulation systems constructed of premium grade ZIRCAR fibrous ceramic insulation layers encased in a rugged shell. Standard front and bottom loading models are available for use in air to 1700°C (3100°F) and 1800°C (3272°F).

Heater Module Type HTMOD

High performance resistance wire elements combined with fibrous insulation packaged in a convenient enclosure. OEM's and users with semiconductor equipment, lab, dental, hobby, crystal growth plus ceramics & metals sintering furnaces find them to be a reliable part of their thermal process systems. Type HTMOD Modules are produced on a custom basis for use to 1300°C (2372°F).

Hydrogen Torch Elements Type HTE

Specialized HTMOD in the shape of a small tube furnace. Used mainly in semi-conductor wafer manufacture as a means of producing ultra high purity water vapor, these units find a variety of uses to 1100°C (2012°F).
