Bubble Alumina Kiln Flue Liner

Made of a combination of ZIRCAR Alumina Bubble Type IB-100 and ZIRCAR Alumina Cement Type AL-CEM this 65 pcf density Bubble Alumina flue liner can withstand temperatures as high 1750C and perform well in a variety of corrosive atmospheres. ZIRCAR Bubble Alumina shapes are produced to customer specifications. Pre-cast shapes such as flue liners, trough liners, furnace vestibules and hearths can also be made from Bubble Alumina as well as from ZIRCAR Ceramics ZIRALCAST-95 a hydraulically setting bubble alumina castable product.
