ZIRCAR Ceramics' NON RCF Soluble Fiber Insulations are rigid combinations of silica magnesia high temperature fiber and inorganic binder. The fiber exhibits very rapid bio-dissolution rates and are approved by the European Community as being NON-RCF and therefore are free of regulation as a potentially hazardous material.

NON-RCF Insulation Type "UNIFORM B"

A new family of soluble fiber based insulations with exceptional machineability and strength. ZIRCAR NON-RCF Insulation Type "Uniform B" is a rigid combination of soluble NON-RCF silica magnesia glass fibers and inorganic binder. They are suitable for demanding applications with temperatures exceeding 1000°C (1832°F).

Soluble Fiber Insulation TYPE MAG-30

ZIRCAR NON-RCF Insulation Type MAG-30 is a rigid, uniformly bonded combination of NON-RCF silica magnesia glass fibers and inorganic binder. Exhibiting superior machineabilty - many detailed custom shapes can be made from it. Mag-30 is suitable for use as a substitute for insulation containing refractory ceramic fiber materials in applications with temperatures to 1260°C (2300°F).
